菌菇类如猴头菇、杏鲍菇、香菇拥有丰富的多醣体,西兰花有蛋白质,平日不妨多吃。

    Step 1

    热油炒香姜丝,加入猴头菇、香菇及杏鲍菇,云耳和玉米笋,接着加入红枣、水及调味料,最后勾芡。Heat oil and stir-fry ginger, add in lion's mane mushroom, shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushroom, black fungus and baby corn fry evenly, then add in red dates, water and seasonings, thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water.

    Step 2

    煮一锅热水,加入少许油和盐,放入西兰花煮一分钟即可盛起备用。Boil a pot of hot water, add some oil and salt, add the broccoli and cook for a minute to serve.

    Step 3

    将煮好的菇类倒入盘里,摆上已经烫好的西兰花即可。Place the cooked mushrooms into the plate, and put the broccoli on top, enjoy.
